 ISO Registered
Our quality system is ISO registered and all processes are 100% statistically controlled to make sure that your part is made correctly, to your exact specifications, the first time. Each order is carefully reviewed to be certain that we understand, then meet all your requirements including print specifications, revision level, tolerances, price and delivery. We've been recognized for our dedication to quality throughout the industry, including receiving the General Motors Medallions for Excellence in all five categories.
 Inspections and Testing
We will produce parts that require extensive inspection procedures such as various PPAP levels, as well as standard certifications of conformance. Most test requirements are done in our A2LA accredited laboratory, including dimensions, hardness, tension and surface discontinuity testing. Chandler has been surveyed and approved by more than 20 major manufacturers. We also offer product certification programs including certification to government standards (QSLM registered).
Fully Traceable Parts
Every part is head marked with our CP registered trademark and all product is fully traceable through our lot control system.
Extra Service
Our commitment to service doesn't end with our product. We'll do whatever we can to meet your needs, whether it's Just-In-Time delivery, special packaging or special cost reduction programs. We even offer cost reduction design seminars to help you meet your bottom line goals.
